Please select you Designation / Cadre based on the following details:
1. Healthcare functionary: Select this option if you are currently posted at the AB-HWCs.
2. JAS Committee: If you don't belong to the healthcare functionary and you are a JAS committee member, then select this option.
3. Trainer: If you don't belong to any of the aforementioned categories, please select this option of "Trainer".
